Proposal to correct some long-standing editorial errors that might create confusion as well as to clarify the definition of the “on” time for a group of flashes.
This proposal (WP.29/2021/34) was adopted by the World Forum. Twenty-three Contracting Parties out of the 35 applying UN R65 were present for the vote by AC.1. Twenty-three voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
