UN R43: Proposal for Supplement 9 to the 01 series of amendments

Proposal to delete the reference to abrasion requirements in Annex 3, paragraph 6.4.1.3. since abrasion resistance is not relevant in the assessment of resistance to weathering.
This proposal (WP.29/2019/95) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-seven Contracting Parties out of the 49 applying UN R43 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-seven voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
