Proposal by the GRE Informal Group “Agricultural Vehicles Lighting Installation” (AVLI), approved by GRE, to update and revise Regulation No. 86. The proposal applies the regulation to vehicle categories R and S as defined under the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (RE3), updates geometric visibility provisions, and adds new provisions and new Annex 6 on signalling panels and signalling foils .
