Proposal for Supplement 2 to the 07 series of amendments to Regulation No. 9
Proposal to clarify that conditioning of a silencing system is necessary only in cases where exhaust gases come into contact with silencer fibrous materials.
This proposal (WP.29/2016/45) was adopted by the World Forum. Fifteen Contracting Parties out of the 26 applying UN R9 were present for the vote by AC.1. Fifteen voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
