Proposal for Supplement 3 to the 04 series of amendments to Regulation No. 10
Proposal to align the provisions of Regulation No. 10 with the amendments to Regulation No. 46 (Devices for indirect vision) to allow the replacement of rear-view mirrors by camera-monitor systems.
This proposal (WP.29/2016/17) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-five Contracting Parties out of the 44 applying UN R10 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-five voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
