The secretariat presented the document “Proposals for amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations” (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2017/137), which aims to define conditions for and facilitate the participation in WP.29 of NGOs that are still in the process of obtaining a consultative status with ECOSOC.

103. The World Forum adopted the amendments to the document “World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations Terms of Reference and Rules of Procedure” (TRANS/WP.29/690, Amend. 1 and 2).
