SG58-19-05 | Application of Revision 3 of the 1958 Agreement to existing type approvals Response of the UN Office of Legal Affairs concerning the application of the proposed new revision of the Agreement to type approvals issued under the previous revision. The OLA offers an unofficial response categorically stating that the Contracting Parties determine the application of the Agreement and that unless otherwise stated, the new revision applies to approvals issued after the date that the new revision enters into force.
