Proposal to delete the maximum design speed criteria for vehicles of categories R and S with regard to front position lamp requirements.

Proposal to allow for a 30° horizontal inward visibility angle of direction indicators, position lamps and stop lamps when the bodywork does not permit a 45° angle.
