Proposal to amend document WP.29/2013/73 which has been submitted for the November 2013 WP.29 session in order to extend the scope of UN R10 to include all kinds of power train systems above a certain working voltage level, when they are in charging mode and including type approval of separate electrical components for the “REESS charging mode coupled to power grid” configuration.

This document supersedes the previous amendment proposal (document GRE/2013/41).
