39. GRE noted that the next session had been scheduled from 21 to 23 October 2025 and that the deadline for submission of working documents would be on 28 July 2025. GRE agreed to keep the same structure of the provisional agenda for the next session, subject to deleting “Pending Amendment Proposals” and adding “Election of Officers”. In this regard, GRE experts were reminded that, according to the Rules of Procedure, GRE could have several Vice-Chairs. Contracting Parties were encouraged to nominate more candidates for this position.
