37. Based on GRE-84-39-Rev.2, GRE adopted a list of main decisions (Annex II of the session report) in accordance with silence procedure. (The “silence procedure” has been instituted for virtual sessions and provides a period during which Contracting Parties may signal disagreement with a decision taken during the session. The decisions are deemed formally adopted if no objections are received after the session.)
