For further progress in the informal group there is a need to some decisions to be taken by WP.29 on topics like the unique identifier, financing, the stages for implemenation of DETA, the governing board, the legal status and the location of the server. The chairman and secretary will draft a document for WP.29 for getting their view for which the position paper above can provide suitable input.
