50. The fifty-eighth session of the Executive Committee (AC.3) was held on 24 June 2020 and chaired by the representative of the United States of America. Decision taking and voting followed the special proceedings during COVID-19 period, which had been adopted by all Contracting Parties to the 1998 Agreement under a silence procedure on 12 June 2020. The representatives of 16 of the 38 contracting parties to the agreement attended: Australia, Canada, China, European Union (representing Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom), India, Japan, Nigeria, Norway, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, San Marino, South Africa, Tunisia, Turkey and United States of America.
