REESS Charge Balance: the charge balance of the rechargeable energy storage system of an electrified vehicle (proposed for measurement in Ah under GTR No. 15).
Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System: term to cover Li-ion batteries and any other devices for the storage of energy to power electrified vehicles.
