European Commission presentation reviewing the issues involved with transposing GTR 15 into EU emissions and fuel consumption regulations and into UN R83 and UN R101. The EC proposes that WP.29 should transpose GTR 15 into a new “WLTP UN Regulation” that would supersede UN R83 and UN R101.

16. The expert from the EC presented (GRPE-70-13) the progress made on the transposition of GTR No. 15 into a European Regulation as well as a new Regulation to be annexed to the 1958 Agreement. He presented a roadmap on how to deliver them until January 2016 to GRPE.
