Initial draft of the amendments that would enable type approval of camera-monitoring systems in the place of convention rear-view mirrors presented as a consolidated version of UN R46. This draft is based upon the earlier proposal that was set aside pending work on related ISO standards (i.e. document GRSG/2011/23/Rev.1.).
