The expert from Germany introduced GRRF-75-08 and GRRF-75-09 proposing to delete the exemption for vehicles of categories O₁ and O₂ from automatic brake adjustment devices, as such technology were broadly available on the market. GRRF requested the expert from Germany to provide, if possible, for the next session further elements on costs and benefits as well as additional statistical data in support of the proposed amendment.
