The representative of the Netherlands introduced document DETA-17-04 as result of the latest discussions in the IWVTA informal group aiming the introduction of the DETA application in the draft revised 1958 Agreement. The discussions resulted in mainly in editorial improvement and is reflected in document DETA-17-04-rev.1.
