Use of DETA in the 1958 Agreement

Draft language for amendments and an appendix to the 1958 Agreement that would enable the use of the Data Exchange for Type Approvals. The proposal supports the International Whole Vehicle Type Approval effort and proposes a Unique Identifier to simplify product markings.
