Proposal to amend Appendix 5 (Devices for monitoring on board the vehicle the consumption of fuel and/or electric energy) of Working Document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2026/153 to specify parameters to be determined, stored and made available by OBFCM devices for pure ICE and NOVC-HEVs, OVC-HEVs, PEVs, NOVC-FCHVs, OVC-FCHVs, and mono-fuel gas vehicles. The modification excludes a manufacturer-specific parameter and aligns with international standards for OBFCM requirements.
