The representative of OICA introduced (GRVA-23-42) a proposal for amendments to UN Regulation No. 13 aimed at clarifying the testing provisions for the effectiveness of the secondary braking system in failure conditions. GRVA adopted ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRVA/2025/46/Rev.1 and requested the secretariat to submit it as draft supplements to the 12, 13, 14 and 15 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 13 to WP.29 and AC.1 for consideration and vote at their March 2026 sessions.
