The secretary reported on the highlights of the March and June 2025 sessions of WP.29 on GRBP and common issues (GRBP-82-10), including the UNOG request to reduce by 10 per cent the meeting days as well as the number and length of official documents submitted for translation. The secretary reiterated his request to experts to strictly adhere to the copyright rules when submitting official and informal documents, including presentations, to the secretariat. He also sought assistance of secretaries of various informal groups and task forces for applying the same rules for the publication of documents on the Wiki platform. GRBP took note of the above requests.
