During the consultations, the experts were informed of the discussions held during workshops co-organized by the experts from Japan and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on possible approaches that could support countries and regions in managing software updates within national processes (e.g. registration documentation) and separately on multi-stage vehicles regarding their approvals to UN Regulation No. 155.

40. GRVA endorsed the status report GRVA-22-30 on the activities of the Workshop on the implementation of UN Regulations Nos. 155 and 156.
