Presentation by Germany. Germany (Mr. Damm) proposed to modify the frontal impact regulation R94 in two steps: Step 1 (short term till 2014):
Step 2 (long term starting in 2014)
A short discussion started on the proposal. Mr. Pott asked if Germany discussed the proposal with other contracting parties (especially with those from the 98-agreement). Mr. Damm answered that there were some discussions with the US and reported about a principle interest in the GTR. |
