The expert from the Special Interest Group (SIG) on the 09 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 48 reported on their activities (GRE-88-15-Rev.1) and presented their new proposal that add the park condition of a vehicle in the scope of UN Regulation No. 48 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2023/2). Following an in-depth consideration, GRE adopted the technical content as laid down in GRE-88-16-Rev.3.

19. The experts of the Task Force on Lamps Under Parked Conditions (TF LUPC) reported on their activities (GRE-93-23), introduced their proposals for a new series of amendments (GRE-93-25) and invited GRE experts to provide comments by mid-January 2026. The expert from EC made reservations about the light colours and the envisaged test lamp mode, seeing no justification for this mode, while some experts supported the test mode. GRE invited TF LUPC to prepare a revised proposal for consideration at the next session.
