7. GRE noted the progress of the Informal Working Group “Simplification of the Lighting and Light-Signalling Regulations” (IWG SLR) as well as specific items and general topics for consideration under stage 2/ step 2 of the simplification process (GRE-87-10). GRE invited experts from contracting parties to both 1958 and 1998 Agreements and from non-governmental organizations to contribute to the IWG SLR activities. |
