61. Agenda item 4.8.6, Regulation No. 94, document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2011/120, add the following paragraphs 11.1 and 11.2, to read: “11.1. As from the official date of entry into force of Supplement 4 to the 01 series of amendments, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant UNECE approval under this Regulation as amended by Supplement 4 to the 01 series of amendments. 11.2. As from 23 June 2013, Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall grant UNECE approvals only to those types of vehicles which comply with the requirements of this Regulation as amended by Supplement 4 to the 01 series of amendments." |
