The experts from BIPAVER, France and the Netherlands proposed a new scheme of approval for retreaded snow tyres for use in severe snow conditions in accordance with UN Regulation No. 109 (GRBP-75-14). GRBP invited experts to provide comments to the authors, with a view to preparing an official document for the next session. |
