3. The report of the fifth meeting (document AMEVSC-05-08e) was reviewed and at the request of Mr. Paeslack an amendment was made to Item 5, last bullet point, first paragraph, second sentence. As a consequence the subsequent paragraph was deleted. The revised report is to be issued under the document reference AMEVSC-05-08-rev1e.

Mr. Paeslack advised that, as noted in bullet point 3 of Item 4, the KBA was finalising for the German Transport Ministry a report on its investigation into the “legality” of using a test report.
