61. The secretariat introduced the General Guidelines for United Nations regulatory procedures and transitional provisions in UN Regulations (ECE/TRANS/1044/Rev.3). WP.29 adopted the document. 62. The representative of OICA indicated that paragraph V.9bis in section A. Transitional provisions for vehicles, vehicle systems and the installation of equipment and parts in new vehicles of part II. Aide-mémoire of Annex 1 could be renumbered as paragraph V.10. He also indicated that paragraph C.9 in section B. Transitional provisions for equipment and parts, of part II. Aide-mémoire of Annex 1 may too be adapted in the future. |
