DETA noted a PowerPoint presentation (DETA-12-05) by Mr. Volkan on the analysis of the cost for implementing the DETA application by UNECE. Due to the confidential character of the data outsourcing is not considered. The initial costs are approximately $148.360 and the annual recurring cost about $111.666, while costs for the licence for the |DETA software (€40.000) are not yet included. In principle a new machine is needed, which requires a test phase of about 3 month; however a start can be made on an existing machine. |
