The expert from the Russian Federation introduced GRVA-02-10, aimed at clarifying the provisions on the evaluation of the energy source and energy storage devices performance defined in Annex 7 to UN Regulation No. 13. GRVA discussed in detail the proposal and requested the secretariat to distribute this document with an official symbol for the September 2019 session of GRVA.
