Document title	Proposal for Supplement 2 to the 02 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 129
Date	22 Sep 2017			Proposal to specify the proper use and behavior of an adult safety-belt used to install a non-integral Enhanced CRS during dynamic tests. These instructions are present in UN R44, but not in UN R129. Therefore, this proposal would align the two regulations.

GRSP \| Session 62 \| 12-15 Dec 2017			29. The expert from France introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2017/29, aligning the requirements of UN Regulation No. 129 with those of UN Regulation No. 44 on the belt behaviour of the adult safety-belt. GRSP adopted the proposal not amended and requested the secretariat to submit it to the June 2018 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1 for consideration and vote as draft Supplement 3 to the 02 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 129.
