12. The expert from the Netherlands introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRRF/2017/2 proposing to delete an obsolete provision in Annex 5 to Regulation No. 13. He recalled the context of this proposal, originally suggested by the expert from the Netherlands the ninety-nine session of the Working Party on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (WP.15) and considered at the 168th session of WP.29 (WP.29-168-16). He added that this proposal took into consideration the comments received at the previous session of GRRF (see ECE/TRANS/WP29/GRRF/82, para. 11). 13. GRRF adopted the proposal and requested the secretariat to keep it on the agenda for the next session. |
