127. WP.29 commended the outgoing Chair of the World Forum, Mr. Boris Kisulenko, for his more than 15 years of leadership and outstanding contribution to the activities, achievements and worldwide recognition of the World Forum. Delegates extended their best wishes to Mr. Kisulenko in his future activities.

128. The World Forum paid tribute to the delegate from Austria, Mr. Franz Wurst, who passed away in October 2020, praising his outstanding contribution to the work of WP.29 during his tenure as a delegate representing Austria and extended its sincere condolences to his family, colleagues and friends.
