UN R48: Proposal for Supplement 13 to the 06 series of amendments

Proposal to correct and clarify the requirements for daytime running lamps (DRL) in conjunction with rear position lamps and to introduce requirements for light emitting diode (LED) substitute light sources.
This proposal (WP.29/2019/84) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-six Contracting Parties out of the 47 applying UN R48 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-six voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
