Proposal from GRE to introduce transitional provisions for the phasing out of UN R4 in conjunction with the introduction of the new UN Regulation on Light-Signalling Devices (LSD).
This proposal (WP.29/2018/92/Rev.1) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-six Contracting Parties out of the 49 applying UN R4 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-six voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
