Germany submitted a proposal that would require at least one set of ISOFIX anchorages in single-row vehicles (which are currently exempted under UN R14). This proposal (superseding GRSP-55-31) would set a minimum R-point criteria for requiring the ISOFIX anchorages and thus exempt vehicles with R-points below this minimum height.
