Proposal to amend UN R83 by deleting Annex 1, paragraph 3.4.3. and renumbering paragraphs 3.4.3.1., 3.4.3.1.1., 3.4.3.1.2. and 3.4.3.1.3. to read 3.4.3., 3.4.3.1., 3.4.3.2. and 3.4.3.3., and deleting Annex 2, paragraph 1.9.2. The concept of “Operating Mode Switch” has been removed from the Regulation and these two paragraphs were omitted from this removal and should be deleted from both the manufacturer’s information document and the addendum to the approval certificate. |
