UN R48: Proposal for Supplement 5 to the 08 series of amendments

Proposal to correct a reference to the 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 148, to clarify usage of daytime running lamps (DRL) with other lamps, and to improve the definition of photometric stability.
This proposal (WP.29/2024/21) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-six Contracting Parties out of the 52 applying UN R48 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-six voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
