Proposal to update the “type” definition, correct provisions for approval markings, improve photometric performance stability test procedures, clarify testing of plastic lens surface resistance to mechanical deterioration, and define when voltage control gear may be used with filament light sources.

The proposed amendments are considered to be adopted
and are binding upon all Contracting Parties applying Regulation No. 110 as of 15 July 2013.
