Revised proposal from GRE (for the March 2019 WP.29 session) to introduce transitional provisions for the phasing out of UN R77 in conjunction with the introduction of the new UN Regulation on Light-Signaling Devices (LSD).
This proposal (WP.29/2018/109/Rev.1) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-five Contracting Parties out of the 46 applying UN R77 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-five voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
