Proposal to ensure the recognition of approvals according to the new regulations created pursuant to the splitting of UN R116 into three new UN Regulations. The proposal corrects the unintentional omission of the reference to UN R161 in the text formally adopted by WP.29 during its March 2021 session (document WP.29/2021/23).
