Proposal to: - Amend footnote 1,
- Insert new para. 5.3. requiring ELKS effectiveness not be adversely affected by magnetic or electrical fields,
- Amend para. 6.2.2.1. regarding vehicle manufacturer provision of ELKS deactivation situations and criteria,
- Amend para. 6.5. and 6.5.2. concerning LDWS performance requirements,

- Insert new para. 14 establishing transitional provisions with dates 1 May 2027 or 1 September 2028 and 1 May 2029 or 1 September 2030,
- Amend Annex 2 regarding approval mark arrangements.
