The Dutch Federation for Environmental Noise of Motor Vehicles (NEFOM, Nederlandse Federatie Omgevingslawaai Motorvoertuigen) is a coalition of resident action groups in the Netherlands dedicated to combating noise pollution caused by motorcycles and other motor vehicles. Founded to unite local protests, NEFOM advocates for stricter enforcement of existing noise regulations and the implementation of a maximum noise limit of 70 dB(A) for all motor vehicles, arguing that current standards allow motorcycles to generate significantly more noise than cars.
