The German Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired (DBSV) works to improve the sight and lives of blind and visually impaired people in Germany.

DBSV is an umbrella organization representing the interests of 20 German associations at the national level. In addition, 33 organizations and institutions are involved in DBSV committees.
