Under its technical regulation CU TR 018/2011 concerning the safety of wheeled vehicles, the Eurasian Customs Union will require AECS to automatically transmit accident data in the event of a vehicle rollover from 1 January 2017. The proposed UN Regulation on AECS ( document GRSG/2016/19) does not address rollover accidents. Therefore, Russia proposes an amendment to allow for such rollover requirements at the national level. |
