Proposal to begin work on the second phase development of the light vehicle emissions GTR, covering:

• Remaining items from the original authorization (WP.29/AC.3/26)
• Open issues remaining under Phase 1b
• Durability of internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicles
• Evaporative emissions
• Low ambient temperature emissions
• Test procedure for the determination of additional CO2 emissions and fuel consumption from mobile air conditioning systems
• On-board diagnostics requirements
• Development of criteria for ex-post assessing of road load parameters (document WLTP-12-29-rev1e), and
• “Other items” as may arise.
