This requirement unnecessarily restricts the use of ALU to improve road illumination at night when the motorcycle is banking through a turn.

Proposal to require automatic switching of motorcycle daytime running lamps to headlamp illumination at night. The concern is that DRL are left on, causing glare. This proposal aligns with the provisions of UN R48.
