5. GRB noted that the 03 series of amendments to Regulation No. 51 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2015/62) had come into force on 20 January 2016 and that WP.29 and AC.1, at their March 2016 sessions, would consider a draft Supplement 1 to this series (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2016/4).
